Italian mushroom salad

Today's dinner was a cold mushroom salad.
Seared the mushrooms in a lot of oliveoil (wups).  Mixed it in a bowl with parsley, garlic, balsamic vingar, lemon juice and salt and pepper. I then put it in the fridge for about an hour, took it out and threw in some red chili pepper and some extra lemon juice - and then dinner was served. Yum..

It's been a long time since I had mushrooms last, since my boyfriend doesn't like them, so I really enjoyed this. Calories = 315 :)
